Lansinoh Sizing Options (Flanges and Inserts)
Lansinoh makes two pumps - the Signature Pro Pump and the SmartPump 2.0. These pumps are remarkably similar in terms of technical specifications. Both pumps are intended for use by working parents and can reasonably help sustain milk supply when pumping 2-3 times per day, 3-5 days per week, for up to 1 year. If you pump more often than that, you may find the pump fails more quickly due to motor burnout. These pumps do require being plugged in to operate.
The purpose of this blog post is to give readers direct links to the Lansinoh pump sizing options, including on-brand and after-market flanges and inserts based on their measured nipple size.

The Lansinoh Signature Pro is the base model Lansinoh Double Electric Pump. This pump is not bluetooth compatible, and it is simply just a breast pump. The settings are fairly customizable, and while suction for this pump is not as high as others, it performs reasonably well for occasional pumping.
The Lansinoh SmartPump 2.0 is the bluetooth app connected model of the Lansinoh Signature Pro. The App is quite glitchy, and not well reviewed by many. The settings on this pump are fairly customizable, and it performs reasonably well for occasional pumping.
The Lansinoh pumps are partially compatible with replacement tubing. You can only use the replacement tubing from the Y-connector to the flanges. If you change out the tubing from the Y-connector to the pump, it will cut suction below 200 mmhg, which is considered the minimum a pump needs to be able to perform at to be considered a good option.
Replacement tubing is available, and the Y-connecter is compatible with tubing intended for Spectra, Motif, Lansinoh, Pumpables, and Ameda. Replacement tubing allows you to either use the Lansinoh bottle set-up pictured here to attach to the Spectra Style Backflow protectors which can be used with widemouth and narrow neck bottle adapters.

Hard Plastic Flanges with Silicone Inserts
Silicone inserts were originally designed for 25 mm and 28 mm Freemie Cup Flanges, but they can be used with standard hard plastic flanges. They fit in many brands of flanges, but some flanges less than 25 mm may NOT allow the inserts to fit flush because of the flange angles.
Given the lower suction levels available on the Lansinoh, do note that using replacement hard plastic flanges would be more favorable than inserts for many. Inserts may dull the suction and reduce nipple stimulation and milk output.
